All product returns MUST have prior authorization. Please call us at 678-833-3539 or email us at orders@imaginegearcompany.com to receive our authorization.

 

ALL returns MUST be claimed within 14 days of order receipt. Full credit will be authorized for shipping errors, wrong style or size received, product overages or defective merchandise.

 

Previously worn, altered or damaged merchandise will be sent back at the customers expense and NO Credit will be given. Closeout items are final sale and no return will be accepted.

 

Each authorized return shipment MUST include a Return Authorization form complete with the Return Authorization Number within the box. Please ensure that the form is filled out completely.

 

Returns will be accepted only at our Georgia location. We will NOT issue credit for product that has been worn, soiled, or altered in any way.

Items received without a Return Authorization form will NOT be processed for credit.
