6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped out within 7 business days and shipped Ground. Pre-Orders will be shipped in approximately 3 weeks following the close of the pre-sale timeframe.  If there is a delay in your order that exceeds this time frame you will be notified by the email address provided at checkout.

 

7. How do I know which size face mask to order?
We currently have 2 different sizes in stock. Adult and Children’s. Children’s masks are made to fit children from 4-12 years of age.

 

8. How should I wash my mask?
Please note that ONLY the 3-Ply Cotton Masks should be washed. Disposable Masks should never be washed, but should be disposed of once they are soiled. Your 3-Ply Cotton Mask is machine washable with regular laundry detergent and warm water. Our masks are also dryer friendly.
